At VelociRAX, we stand behind our hitch racks and accessories with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the rack and pack all components into the original shipping boxes to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to VelociRAX

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
